Program mothers receive access to mental health resources, physical wellness guidance, lactation support, and a vetted community of care. We partner with maternity wards globally to support mothers in underserved communities — from urban centers in the US to Nairobi County — ensuring maternal wellness is never a luxury.

Access to vetted therapists, postpartum counselors, and peer support circles specifically designed for new mothers navigating identity, loss, and joy simultaneously.
Postpartum body recovery programs, movement guides sensitive to all delivery types, and nutritional frameworks rooted in African and holistic wellness traditions.
Certified lactation consultants available at no cost to program mothers, with culturally competent guidance and virtual or in-home appointments in both the US and Nairobi.
